Trinidad & Tobago are 64th and Cuba are 104th according to FIFA rankings, so it might look like difference isn't really that big, but it is. I am not sure in which circumstances did Cuba manage to get on 104th because the way they play couldn't be any worse. Got thrashed by Mexico 0-6 and could have easily been 0-10 if Vela & co really wanted. They call themselves professional players but even teams considered as amateurs in Europe would be superior to them.
Trinidad & Tobago got a nice well-deserved win with Guatemala in the opening match and as they're set to play Mexico in the last match of the group, it comes without saying that only a win with Cuba is a good result for them. Even 1-0 would bring them the three points, so why push some might ask, but from my point of view, it's impossible not to push when the opponent is really poor and virtually puts the ball into his own net.
I can see that Cuba managed to actually hold for a 0-0 draw with Trinidad & Tobago at the Caribbean Cup 2014, I don't have information about that match but it is known that Trinidad & Tobago were already qualified and might have taken things lightly. I don't want to dig into history, I just don't see how Cuba can not get another thrashing against an arguably uperior side.

Internationals are one of my favorite markets because teams play seldom and how teams get rated is many times misleading. I like to take advantage of that. I only get involved in official UEFA and FIFA games though, mostly concerning European teams during the qualifiers but also worldwide when it comes to World Cup finals.
